Does your resort offer tours?

Yes, tours are by appointment only. Please call or book through our app to schedule.

What are your operating hours?

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm 

Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm 

Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm  

Office closed on holidays

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, reservations are required for boarding, day camp and day spa services. This may be done conveniently through our app, which you may find on the main menu of our website.

Is an evaluation required for every service?

Yes. Every service or reservation requires an evaluation prior. Once your pet passes an evaluation, they are approved for all future services. If they pick up intolerable behaviors at a later time, you would be notified and further services could be terminated.

Are drop-in visits allowed?

Our mission is to provide our pets with a stress-free environment, and naturally, dogs get very anxious when unfamiliar faces are around, therefore, we have day camp cams, as well as private suite cams that are accessible to you anytime your pet is with us. Additional charges apply.

What will I be able to view when I purchase camera access?

You will have access to view day camp and/or your dog’s private suite(s) only.

Is my pet able to have individualized play time and day camp?

Yes, all pets (in day camp and boarding) are able to have personal playtime, separately. These playtimes are purchased in 20-minute increments through our app or at check-in.

Is my pet allowed access to the playground, waterpark and run yard every visit?

If your pet is participating in Day Camp, they rotate through all activity yards throughout the day. This, of course, is dependent on the circumstances (i.e. weather, etc.) and our waterpark will only be used if weather permits for comfortable and sufficient air-dry time.

What happens if it rains during Day Camp?

We have a large covered indoor/outdoor space our pet’s will be able to enjoy rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather, we follow recommendations of our local and state government. When local schools make closures, our Day Camp is closed as well. We will communicate all closures via social media and text.

Are there breed restrictions at your facility?

Yes. Because of the nature of our establishment as a whole, we do not accept breeds that have a high aggression risk associated. This list can be found on our website under the “policies” tab.

Do you take pets with medications or special needs?

We do not administer medications at our facility, therefore, if your pet requires medication during their stay, we will not be able to accept the reservation. Special needs will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please call to discuss or make sure to add those details on your booking request.

Do you offer grooming services?

We do not currently offer hair cutting services at this time, but plan to offer this service in a later phase. We do offer most grooming services other than cuts, and these can easily be found by navigating to the bottom of our pricing tab.
