SOCIAL MEDIA & WEB RELEASE
We are proud of your pets and happy to show them off on our website and socials. We pride ourselves on our relationships with them and the pleasure they bring by simply existing as a part of our Posh Pooch family. Parents names will never be made public, though we encourage you to share if you’d like! We also completely understand circumstances of confidentiality and encourage you to notify us if you’d prefer privacy for your pet. Their milestones will still be praised and celebrated by our staff, regardless of privacy status.
LOYALTY REWARDS
Enrollment into our Loyalty Rewards program is automatic upon creating an account with our customer portal app, Gingr. This system was created to show our appreciation in offering more savings to our Posh Pooch family. Every dollar spent is a point earned. Every 250 points collected is a $5 credit added to your account to be used for any pet in your family for any service booked in office. Redemption is only available in $5 increments and may not be used on retail. Redeemable for one year after the collection date and cannot be cashed out.
INFRACTION POLICY
Infractions are placed on accounts for failure to follow policy. In order to maintain the level of service and cleanliness we dedicate ourselves to providing, our clients must do their part in being respectful of our time and policies as well. After 3 infractions, the account will be suspended for 45 days. After suspension has been completed, the account will be reset.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Given the circumstance of inclement weather advisory or mandatory evacuation, our facility follows the recommendations of our local and state government. Safety is of upmost importance to us and we understand your pets are your children, therefore, when local schools are required to make closures, we close our Day Camp as well.
If we are not able to get ahold of parent (or emergency contact) and/or if pet is left at our facility in the case of extreme weather, a handling fee and/or relocating fee will be charged.
ABANDONMENT
If you are experiencing difficulties or hardship, Palmetto Animal League or the Hilton Head Humane Association are great resources to search for relief. We can also work with you to try and find a new home for your pet. However, if we have no communication with you for 3 days after initial check-out, you will forfeit the rights to your pet and be charged for each additional day, plus a relocation fee. Abandonment of your pet will result in an indefinite suspension from our resort.
